Roles & Permissions
Control what team members can access and do with role-based permissions.
Role Descriptions
The owner has complete control over the organization. This is the person who created the organization or had ownership transferred to them.
- • Full access to all features
- • Manage billing and payment methods
- • Delete the organization
- • Transfer ownership (coming soon)
*Each organization has exactly one owner
Admins can manage most aspects of the organization except billing and ownership.
- • Full access to stores, agents, products, orders
- • Invite and remove team members
- • Change member roles (except owner)
- • View billing (no editing)
External partners who help manage your stores. Full operational access without administrative powers.
- • Full access to stores, agents, products, orders
- • Can invite other consultants
- • View billing information
- • No team management (except consultant invites)
Team members who create and manage day-to-day operations.
- • Create and edit stores, agents, products
- • Manage orders
- • Cannot delete stores or agents
- • No billing or team access
Read-only access for stakeholders who need visibility but shouldn't make changes.
- • View all stores, agents, products, orders
- • View analytics and reports
- • Cannot create, edit, or delete anything
- • No billing or team access

Changing a Member's Role
Owners and Admins can change roles for other team members.
How to Change a Role
- 1. Go to Teams in the dashboard
- 2. Find the team member
- 3. Click the menu icon (⋮) next to their name
- 4. Select "Change Role"
- 5. Choose the new role and confirm
Note: The Owner role cannot be changed through this interface. Only the current owner can transfer ownership.
