Fulfillment Settings
Configure how customers pick up or receive their orders. Set opening hours, delivery zones, and scheduling options.
Click & Collect (Pickup)
Allow customers to place orders and pick them up at your location. Available for Retail and Restaurant stores.
Scheduling Types
ASAP Only
Orders are prepared immediately. Customer picks up as soon as ready. Best for fast-service restaurants.
Scheduled Slots
Customers select a pickup time slot. Best for bakeries, retail, or when preparation takes time.
Confirmation Mode
Automatic
Orders are automatically confirmed when placed. Customer receives immediate confirmation.
Manual Approval
Orders go to "Pending Approval" status. You must approve or reject each order. Useful for custom orders or limited capacity.

Capacity Controls
- Max Orders per Hour (ASAP) — Limit how many ASAP orders you accept per hour to manage capacity.
- Max Orders per Slot (Scheduled) — Limit orders per time slot to prevent overloading.

Opening Hours
Set your business hours for each day of the week. Customers can only place pickup orders during these hours.
Configure each day independently with open/close times, or mark days as closed.
Use "Copy Monday hours to all days" to quickly set the same hours for the whole week, then adjust individual days.
Timezone
Set your store's timezone. All opening hours and pickup slots are displayed in this timezone to customers.
Delivery
Configure delivery options for your store. Available for Retail stores only.
Delivery Pricing
Free Delivery
No delivery fee charged. Good for encouraging orders or with minimum order amounts.
Flat Rate
Same delivery fee regardless of distance or order size. Simple and predictable.
Distance-Based
Delivery fee calculated based on distance from your store. Set a base fee and per-km rate.
Weight-Based
Delivery fee based on total order weight. Useful for heavy or bulky items.
Delivery Zones
Country-Based Zones
Set different delivery rates for different countries. Useful for international shipping.
Radius Zones
Define delivery area as a radius from your store location (e.g., 10km). View on map.
Postal Code Overrides
Set specific rates for certain postal codes. Override zone rates for targeted areas.
Shipping Classes
Create shipping classes for products that require special handling: Standard, Fragile, Heavy, Oversized, Refrigerated.
Each shipping class can have its own delivery fee adjustment.
Minimum Order Amount
Require a minimum order value for delivery. Orders below this amount are pickup-only.
Origin Address
The address from which deliveries originate. Used for distance calculations and shown to delivery drivers.
Payment Methods
Configure how customers pay for orders in your store settings.
Stripe Connect
Accept online payments. Customer pays during checkout via Stripe.
Cash on Delivery
Customer pays when picking up or receiving order. Mark as paid manually.
