Products & Catalog
Manage your product catalog, set prices, track inventory, and organize products for your customers.
Adding Products
Navigate to your store's Products tab and click "Add Product" to create a new product.
Required Fields
Product Name
The name displayed to customers. Keep it clear and descriptive.
Price
The selling price in your store's currency. For products with variants, you can set different prices per variant.
Optional Fields
Description
Detailed product description. Your AI agent uses this to answer customer questions about the product.
SKU
Stock Keeping Unit for inventory management. Must be unique across your store.
Compare at Price
Original price before discount. Displayed as struck-through to show savings.
Product Images
Upload multiple images per product. The first image becomes the primary image shown in listings.
Image Requirements
- Formats: JPG, PNG, WebP
- Recommended size: 1024x1024 pixels or larger
- Maximum file size: 10MB per image
- Square images (1:1) work best for WhatsApp catalog
Images are automatically compressed and optimized when synced to WhatsApp Catalog.
Product Variants
Create variants for products that come in different sizes, colors, or other options.
Common variant types include: Size, Color, Material, Style, Pack Size.
Per-Variant Settings
Each variant can have its own:
- Price — Different pricing for different variants
- SKU — Unique identifier for each variant
- Inventory — Track stock levels separately
- Image — Show variant-specific images
Inventory Tracking
Track stock levels to prevent overselling and know when to restock.
Inventory Settings
- Track Inventory — Enable to track stock quantities
- Continue Selling When Out of Stock — Allow orders even when inventory reaches zero
- Low Stock Alert — Get notified when stock falls below threshold
Inventory Reservations: When a customer adds items to cart, inventory is temporarily reserved to prevent overselling during checkout.
Product Status
Control product visibility and sync status.

WhatsApp Catalog Sync
Products are automatically synced to WhatsApp Catalog so customers can browse them in WhatsApp.
Sync Status Badges
- Synced — Product is up to date in WhatsApp Catalog
- Pending — Changes waiting to be synced
- Failed — Sync failed — check product for issues
Media Library
All uploaded images are stored in your store's media library. You can reuse images across multiple products.
